I recently got to speak to a Human Growth and Development class at Mount Royal University, and it was such a fun experience. In the class, I talked about my life story and what it’s like living with cerebral palsy. I always enjoy sharing this, because it helps people understand my journey a bit better.
I also demonstrated my Trexo and showed the students how it works. I explained how much it has changed my life and how it helps me walk. It has made such a big difference for me, and I love being able to share that with others.
It was really fun chatting with the students after. They seemed very interested in robotic walking and how it can help individuals with cerebral palsy I could tell they were curious and engaged, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was just a really great experience. I’m so glad I got the chance to speak and connect with the class.
