I had a really special day at the Country 105 Caring For Kids Radiothon.
I was there answering phones and helping take donations for the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. It felt really good to be part of something that helps so many kids and families.
The Alberta Children’s Hospital has been a big part of my life. I’ve had many surgeries and appointments there over the years. The staff are amazing, and they have always taken such good care of me. It’s a really wonderful place, and I’m so thankful for everything they do.
Being at the Radiothon was also a lot of fun. I got to meet and chat with Leslie Horton and Joelle Tomlinson from Global TV, which was really exciting!
One of my favourite parts was the “bear power hour.” We all got to wear bear ears, which made it even more fun and special.
It was such a great experience to give back to a place that has helped me so much. I’m really happy I got to be part of it 💛
